As a valuation coordinator, I am the central point of contact within the valuation process. I ensure that all parts – from preparation to delivery – run smoothly, carefully and according to plan. My work varies from mapping the assignment and collecting relevant information to scheduling appraisers, monitoring deadlines and maintaining contact with customers and other parties involved. I also monitor the quality of the reports and ensure that all documentation is provided completely and clearly.

What makes this work so much fun for me is the alternation between organizing, analyzing and communicating. No two assignments are the same: every valuation has its own dynamics, challenges and parties involved. I enjoy structuring complex processes and ensuring that everyone knows exactly what is needed to achieve a reliable and professional result. In addition, it gives great satisfaction to help customers, answer questions and guide them well throughout the entire process.
